You may create your own version of the log if you would like, BUT ALL NECESSARY information must be included. All NHS members are expected to log at least ten hours of community service each semester. At least three of those hours must be related to NHS-sponosred activities. The logs are due to Mrs. Sayler at the conclusion of each semester. Please see the "NHS Expectations Sheet" for any additional details about NHS member expectations.
